Thank you for choosing GetGeoVideo. Please read this refund policy before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the instant access nature of digital services, all fees (including one-time credit packs and subscriptions), once paid, are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unused subscription duration or unused credits
- Insufficient personal use or cancellation for personal reasons
- Services match the description but do not meet subjective expectations
Downgrade / Cancel
You may cancel a subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not refund used or unused credits. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptions for Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate or unauthorized charges), contact support@getgeovideo.com within 7 business days and provide:
- Transaction ID
- Payment receipt or proof
- Issue description
We will investigate and reply in writing within 15 business days.
Service Interruptions
If a major service interruption (not caused by force majeure) lasts continuously for more than 72 hours, you may request compensation in equivalent service time or credits. This is the sole remedy and does not involve cash refunds.
Chargebacks
Please contact support@getgeovideo.com before initiating a chargeback so we can assist. Filing a dispute may result in account suspension during review.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The revised policy takes effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying the fees, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, the digital nature of the service, and waive any right to request refunds except as described above.
