By using GetGeoVideo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

We provide tools to generate videos and inject GPS metadata. Features and limits may change without notice.

3. Accounts

You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plans, credits, payments

• Trial credits may be granted once per user.
• Paid plans/credits are subject to the pricing shown at purchase time.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive use. Do not attempt to bypass limits, attack the service, or violate others' rights.

6. Content

You retain rights to your uploads and generated outputs. You grant us a license to process them to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload.

7. Storage & retention

Generated files are automatically deleted after 24 hours to protect your privacy. Keep your own backups.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee ranking results, uptime, or error-free output.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 1 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
